Confirmed orders are normally dispatched on the same or next working day.
Lahore: 1–2 working days after dispatch
Major Cities: 2–3 working days after dispatch
Remote Areas: 3–4 working days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.
Please provide a valid contact number and a complete and accurate delivery address.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp, where applicable.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If a confirmed COD order is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, an unreachable customer, or refusal to receive the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply to re-dispatch.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD service being restricted for future orders.
